ITINERARY

Day 1

Transport from Lima to Paracas (optional sand buggie tour)

 

You will be picked up from your hotel at 9am by your private transportation and driven to Paracas.


This is about a 3 hour drive through coastal desert terrain to the south of Lima. Upon arrival to Paracas you will be assisted checking into your private beach suite, and you will have the rest of the afternoon to relax with a beautiful ocean view. Meals included: none

** There is an optional tour that can be added that takes you on an hour long adventure in a dune buggie through the desert only stopping to do some sandboarding. Sandboarding is much like snowboarding, but only down sand dunes and in much hotter weather (this tour is not included in pricing).

** Your beach suite is without meals. It is meant for those passengers looking for something exclusive and off the beaten tourist path. It is located just 100 meters from the Doubletree Hotel where you can use their facilities to enjoy a meal and also to relax pool side. Each suite has an ocean view and patio. If you are into wind surfing this is also a unique option to do while staying there.

Day 2

Islas Ballestas & Paracas National Park

 

Today you have an early rise at 8am to see the intriguing Ballestas Island with some of the most unique rock formations and marine life in Peru. You will see sea lions, penguins, pelicans and a very rich bird life (and maybe dolphins if you are lucky), rapidly you will find out why this is called the Peruvian Galapagos. You’ll do this tour by boat leaving from the Libertador Hotel pier for the expedition. Once your tour ends at around 11am you’ll be driven back to your suite to enjoy lunch. After lunch there will be a tour of the Paracas National Reserve. This is where you will really get to see the natural beauty of the area with beautiful rock formations and spectacular ocean views. The tour will last for about 3 hours then you will be taken back to your beach suite to enjoy your evening listening to the sounds of the ocean waves. Meals included: none

Day 3

Transport from Paracas to Lima (optional Nazca lines overflight)

 

Your last day in Paracas can be spent two different ways depending on your traveling style. If you are up for more adventure we can include a flight over the Nazca Lines from the Pisco airport just 20 minutes away (over flight pricing not included). Take in the breathtaking aerial views while trying to discover the mystery behind these enormous figures drawn in the sand. If you would rather use this day to relax by the water and perhaps have a little barbeque then this is an option too. Your private transportation will pick you up at around 1pm to take you back to Lima to continue on your journey through Peru. Meals included: none
